I have been listening through the book of Romans with John Piper and keep coming back to this sermon. It is one of many good ones in this series of 218 sermons preached over an eight year period. It is amazing what you can learn going through a book at this depth. John suggest that there are at least two kinds of will that God has: sovereign will and will of command. Listen to this sermon and learn the difference and see how it relates to your life and as you listen see if you understand how sin can be part of the will of God. I never thought of this before. Application of this sermon can be a great benefit for someone going through a difficult trial in life.
